Refund policy
At Skyvora, our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our comprehensive Return and Refund Policy below.
1. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at support@skyvora.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
*Note: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Damages and Issues (Defective Products)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at support@skyvora.com with clear photos or a short video of the defect. Once verified, we will immediately send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Perishable goods or hazardous materials.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in its original, unused condition.
6. Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
