1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed.
2. Global Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times
Skyvora proudly offers international shipping to most countries worldwide. Because our premium products are sourced from global warehouses, delivery times will vary depending on your location.
- Standard International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days.
- Expedited Shipping (if applicable): 5 to 10 business days.

3. Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Fully Tracked Shipping on all orders over $50.00 USD.
- Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $50.00 USD, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can easily track your package in real-time by visiting the "Track Your Order" page on our website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Skyvora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs laws before placing an order.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal carrier immediately. If the issue remains unresolved after 5 business days, contact us at support@skyvora.com. We will launch an investigation to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
